Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery estimates

• Metro (VIC/NSW/QLD/SA): 2–4 business days
• Regional & WA/NT/TAS: 3–7 business days

Tracking is emailed once your order ships.

Discreet packaging

All orders are sent in plain, unbranded parcels with no reference to the contents on the outside.
